OUR STORY

In 2018, Patty Khorshidian RN MSN founded Monarch Cosmetic MD with Co-Owner Edmond. A Zingaro, MD.

We built this company so that we could do what we love: provide patients the highest quality expert knowledge in a luxurious environment. We want our patients to feel like this is their special time to treat themselves and we aim to put that love and quality of attention into everything from procedures to copywriting on our website ;)

Meet the Team

We are small but mighty, having a combined 40+ years of experience in providing expert treatment with state-of-the-art technology and a warm human touch.

Meet founder and co-owner Patty Khorshidian, RN MSN, a passionate healthcare professional with over 35 years of experience. Patty discovered her true calling in the Aesthetic Field after working in various medical settings, including Medical Surgical, Dermatology Clinic, and Vein and Vascular Clinic.

Patty Khorshidian RN, MSN

Her greatest joy comes from seeing her clients happy, beautiful, and satisfied. Certified by the California Board of Registered Nursing and a member of the Dermatology Nurses Academy, Patty has been providing Dermatology, Vascular, and Aesthetic Laser treatments since 1980. With her talent, experience, and dedication, she has served over 3,700 patients annually, upholding the highest standards of excellence.
When Patty isn't caring for her patients, you'll find her in her garden, indulging in outdoor activities like hiking, camping, or enjoying sporting events with family and friends. Edmond A. Zingaro, MD

Dr. Zingaro is educated in both the United States and Europe. He completed a five-year residency in general surgery with a year as a chief resident at Nassau University Medical Center (State University of New York). He went on to complete a three-year residency in plastic surgery, with a year as chief resident at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco under program director Dr. Mark Gorney.

Dr. Zingaro received extensive training in all aspects of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery with Dr. Gorney, Dr. Edward Falces, and all of San Francisco’s finest plastic surgeons. He is also very well trained in hand surgery by Drs. Eugene Kilgore and William Newmeyer; and in microsurgery by Dr. Harry Buncke. He joined Drs. Gorney and Falces in practice and, upon their retirement, took over the Plastic Surgery Medical Group practice in San Francisco. Dr. Zingaro is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the prestigious San Francisco Surgical Society.
On a personal level, Dr. Zingaro is a musician. He studied piano with a private instructor for ten years. He went on to gain proficiency in several other musical instruments. Currently, he performs periodically with local musicians. In addition to live performance, he has a professional recording studio in his home where he has become a skilled recording engineer and music producer.

Ana Rosario, FNP

Ana graduated from San Jose State as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019. She is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Ana has worked as a registered nurse in various hospitals for the past 11 years. Ana has specialized in taking care of cardiac patients in the intensive care unit. She has the qeen ability to stay calm during stressful situations.
Ana has a passion for learning about the most up to date methods for maintaining and repairing skin. She has experience with various laser treatments and injectables. She respects, listens, and honors patients’ individually. She is a stickler for symmetry and beauty.
Ana enjoys spending quality time with her family and her 2 dogs. Ana is also a certified Bikram yoga teacher and hopes to bring a calm and zen experience during your treatments.

Kathy Mogol

Kathy is the amazing smile when greeted at the office, her personality shines and welcomes you with an open heart! She comes with over 18 years of excellent customer service, and 9 years in the cosmetic medical spa setting. Her work ethics, passion, and dedication makes her the star of Monarch Cosmetic MD.

Anji Afrigan

Anji is a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) who began her journey at Monarch after receiving her MA. Anji's passion lies in helping people feel happy and cared for. Her skills include Microblading, Ultherapy, DiamondGlow, Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, and PRP treatments, backed by a Morpheus8 certificate. Beyond work, Anji is a devoted mom of three, a loving wife, and a family biking enthusiast. She enjoys movies (horror and true crime!), travel, and cooking Persian cuisine when there is time. Anji's diverse interests mirror her vibrant personality.
